1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Packaging and tags (if applicable) must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

Items that don’t meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Important: Returns without prior approval will not be processed.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can offer a resolution (replacement or refund).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, follow these steps:

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest processing for your exchange.

6. International Orders – EU Customers

EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason, in addition to the standard 30-day return window.
Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Proof of purchase and original packaging are required

7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Allow up to 10 business days for processing, though additional time may be needed by your bank or credit card company.
