You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item should be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags, if applicable
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, missing packaging, or returned without complete order information may not be accepted.

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. When applicable, a return shipping label or return address will be shared with you.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items β¨
Please check your order shortly after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, kindly contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A photo of the shipping label, if available
After review, we will help arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund when eligible.
Items That May Not Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, or order-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.
These may include:
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Clearance or special promotional items

For a smoother exchange experience, we recommend placing a new order for the item you prefer after your original return has been approved.
This helps reduce waiting time and avoids delays caused by stock changes.
EU Customer Return Rights
Customers in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days for any reason, in addition to our standard return policy.
Returned items should still be unused, in original condition, and sent back with proof of purchase and original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the funds.
